refunds

Our purchases DO NOT have refunds, only an exchange will be made . The customer must send the garment to our exchange center located in the city of Los Angeles.

Garment return process

By purchasing on our online page, you can change the garments that are eligible to carry out this process, within the first fifteen business days, once you have received the product.

To make any change it is important to take into account the following recommendations for it to be valid:

• The product must be with its original labels and packaging, likewise the product cannot show traces of having been used, damaged or altered.
• Items that have stains, odors or signs of use will NOT be exchanged under any circumstances.
• Promotional items will not be considered for exchange. If you need additional advice, please consult our agents.
• We will have a period of 15 business days once we have received the product in our exchange center to make the shipment.
• The product must be accompanied by a note to make the change, if accepted. Include the following information: (Full name, order number, shipping address, telephone number, note clarifying which item you want to make the change for and 10 USD in cash to make a new shipment)
• If the item is NOT accepted due to a breach of any of our policies, the customer has 30 days to cover the cost of reshipping the item. After this time, Forma Tu Cuerpo Los Angeles Inc. is not responsible for loss.

Items that are eligible to make changes

• Girdles and Waistbands: Our clients may change the girdles or waistbands by size or by any other reference of the same line, however, the item must have a value greater than or equal to that of the first purchase since we do not make refunds.
• Sale Items: All discounted items are final sales and are not subject to change.
• Accessories: All our accessories are final sales therefore they do not have change (abdominal tables, foams, cups, collectors, navel shapers, strap protectors, etc.)
• Short and bra: These items are subject to change as long as the same item or any other line is chosen and has a value greater than or equal to that paid.

Non-conforming items in manufacturing

Our articles have the highest manufacturing and quality standards, however, if you have any disagreement, please carry out the following steps:

• Send an email to info@formatucuerpola.com with the following information: Full name, telephone number, order number and attach a couple of photos where the disagreement is evidenced.
• Remember that you have five calendar days from when you receive your order to contact us and make any claim, after this time we will not be responsible.

If you want to make any changes to the order, you have 2 hours from the receipt of the order on our page, after this period of time we will NOT be able to make changes to the order received.

Remember that we are not responsible for the items that are sent to our exchange center, the tracking and follow-up must be done by the client

- History of irregular or excessive returns
- Possible fraudulent or criminal activity
